I had an outstanding experience with this dealership from start to finish. The entire team was professional, honest, and genuinely focused on customer service rather than sales pressure. There were absolutely no gimmicks, hidden surprises, or pushy tactics — just straightforward communication and a smooth buying process.I purchased an “as-is” vehicle and understood what that meant going in. However, the next day, I noticed a minor issue with the car. Even though they technically didn’t have to, Julien, the sales manager and George, the owner, immediately stepped up, took care of the repair without hesitation, and made sure everything was resolved quickly and professionally. That level of integrity and customer care says a lot about how they do business and about building an excellent customer relationship.It’s rare these days to find a dealer that stands behind their customers the way they do. I truly appreciate their honesty, responsiveness, and commitment to doing the right thing. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience.

I'd honestly give it a strong 3.5 but 4 suffices. I recently bought a 2021 Nissan Versa in December. I had been looking for a replacement car ASAP and got sent this car and thought it was too good to be true for the price. Went to the dealership, car needed new tires BAD, tire alignment and a new key fob battery, but honestly it was in good condition especially considering sitting on a lot throughout the winter. We had purchased this car without reading the reviews, so after purchase I was extra skeptical and observant for any issues and also took any promises they made to us about fixing the car before inspection/giving it to us seriously. They promised new tires and a replacement battery in the key fob. About 3 months later, I love my car. However, I am frequently getting a tire pressure light for the same tire. Hard to tell if it's a leak in the tire, or if it's still reacting from the winter, as I know I am not the only one getting this issue with their car. Also, for the longest my car wouldn't react to the key fob until you pressed it a numerous amount of times, so it's safe to assume they never replaced the battery because once I DID, the car would react instantly and still does, so that's something they dropped the ball on because if it was replaced, they replaced it with an awful battery. I don't normally feel the need to review any place but after reading this place's reviews, I felt it was necessary for people with plans for any future car purchases since there were so many negative ones. I feel as though I got lucky but also they might've tightened up customer service and their practice because at the end of the day, I love my car.

I made an appointment for the next day over the phone with Jesus. Came in for my appointment the and the vehicle was ready and waiting. Car was everything the photos online showed it to be. Jesus had the paperwork done extremely quickly and drove it home the same day. My best car purchase to date. Thank you so much

I was in the market for a good, used, sports car and found Luxury AutoHaus Group online in all my searchs of a 250 mile radius. They were 2 hours from my location but I made the trip last week. I found them, was able to view the car, take it for a test drive and spoke with George the owner and the salesperson Sokrates. (I hope I spelled it right!) They were nice, up front and I left with a good feeling about the dealership, staff and the quality of cars they had. I did my research, as anyone should do when buying any automobile and everything checked out. I emailed a few times asking questions and they were quick to respond. After about 2 weeks I returned (another 2 hour trip, one way) and Sokrates and I spoke about the car, the concerns I had and life in general. Always a plus when you respect the person you are dealing with. I loved the car, the way I was treated and how they presented themselves. It was a great experience. Although, I did not buy the car because we could not agree on a price, I was OK with it. The experience, products and respect given was enough for my to leave a very positive review of Luxury AutoHaus Group. This was NOT written by AI, by the way. I did the travel time, 8 hours total roundtrips. I enjoyed my time in the car to and fro, it gave me time to reflect if this was the right car for me. It was but yet, it was not ment to be. I am happy to have come across their website, their establishment, the staff and will continue to follow them if another opportunity comes up for purchase. I may have left empty handed, but no regrets. I can fully endorse them as a friendly business and a staff that knows what they are doing.
